Grief

Does Loss Have You Feeling

Alone?

The death of a loved one is often a traumatic event and many times we feel overwhelmed. Coping with the loss of a loved one is difficult, and I want to help you find healing in your time of need.  My goal is to help you overcome your grief and move forward in life. You have right to be happy, and if you’re struggling with depression or anxiety after the loss of a loved one, I am here to help.

I am versed in working with individuals on a wide range of issues including the death or illness of loved ones, divorce, breakups, pet loss and more. Feelings of grief and loss are not always associated with death, however, but commonly surface after a loss of some kind – whether it is the loss of a loved one, a severed relationship, a pregnancy, a pet, or a job.
