Anxiety

Are You Consumed By

Worry?

Just like stress, some anxiety can help us to stay alert, aware, and motivated to accomplish certain tasks. However, those who suffer from anxiety will often feel like their minds are constantly racing and will not turn off. This can be very debilitating and life altering. Anxiety is our mind and body’s reaction to stressful, dangerous, or unfamiliar situations. It also the sense of uneasiness, distress, or dread we may feel before a significant event. Anxiety can also stem from unmanaged, chronic, life stress.

The normal amount of stress in our lives is manageable, but when we’re faced with challenges and conflict that our world is dealing with right now can cause us significant anxiety, it can feel impossible to cope.

If you feel like you may be struggling with some form of anxiety, click here to schedule a free phone consultation with me so we can discuss your specific needs and how therapy may help you reduce your symptoms.
