Whatever that problem may be, you feel anxious and overwhelmed by the situation; what’s more, this feeling won’t go away on its own. Because you don’t feel like yourself anymore. You feel as though everything around you is falling apart and there’s nothing that you can do about it. You may even feel like giving up altogether. This is a normal response, and we all experience it at some point in our lives. But it’s important that you don’t let yourself get caught up in these negative thoughts. You will find the strength within you to overcome any problem, and once you do, it will feel like a weight has been lifted off your shoulders.

I am here to provide a safe space in which you and the people in your life can work through difficult relationships and experiences. Whatever situation brought you here, I will offer nonjudgmental guidance as we help find solutions together.
